With Alchemist being one of my favorite books when it was first published I hoped that this newest book would give much to reflect on or at least resonate with my current frequency. Instead I found the plot mediocre, the main character unconvincing in most of her lines and frankly, the book left me with neither a message nor satisfaction from spending time on finishing the book. I recommend it as an alternative to candy crush or panda pop.
